Sales Contract

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the SELLER's contracted cargo company or himself, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. The SELLER delivers the product(s) by passing them through the common areas of the apartment where the ordered product is located (entrance, elevator, stairs, etc.) and finally through the apartment door. In cases where it is not possible to carry the ordered products manually to the address where the BUYER requests delivery (cases where the size of the product does not fit, etc.), it is mandatory to use a crane etc. for delivery. BUYER will be responsible for the costs. If the BUYER does not pay this expense, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation and the BUYER will personally receive the products from the SELLER's warehouse.
